ໃນຕອນເຊົ້າຂອງວັນທີ ວັນທີ 30ພະຈິກ 2021, ທີ່ ກະຊວງການຕ່າງປະເທດ,ສປປ ລາວ ໃນຖານະເປັນປະເທດປະສານງານ ສໍາລັບ ພາກພື້ນອາຊີຕາເວັນອອກ ໄດ້ເປັນເຈົ້າພາບຈັດກອງປະຊຸມເຈົ້າໜ້າທີ່ອາວຸໂສ ເວທີປຶກສາຫາລື ອາຊີຕາເວັນອອກ ແລະ ອາເມລິກາລາຕິນ ຫຼື FEALAC ຄັ້ງທີ 21(The 21^st FEALAC SeniorOfficials’ Meeting)ດ້ວຍຮູບແບບທາງໄກພາຍໃຕ້ການເປັນປະທານຮ່ວມຂອງ ທ່ານ ກິ່ງໂພແກ້ວ ພົມມະຫາໄຊ, ຫົວໜ້າກົມເສດຖະກິດ, ກະຊວງການຕ່າງປະເທດ ສປປ ລາວ, ທັງເປັນຫົວໜ້າເຈົ້າໜ້າທີ່ອາວຸໂສ FEALAC ຂອງ ສປປ ລາວ ແລະ ທ່ານ ນາງ GISSELLE RODRÍGUEZ FLORIMÓN, ຫົວໜ້າກົມຮ່ວມມືຫຼາຍຝ່າຍ, ກະຊວງການຕ່າງປະເທດ ແຫ່ງ ສາທາລະນະລັດ ໂດມິນິກັນ, ຕາງໜ້າຫົວໜ້າເຈົ້າໜ້າທີ່ອາວຸໂສFEALACຂອງ ສາທາລະນະລັດ ໂດມິນິກັັນ, ທັງເປັນປະເທດປະສານງານ ສໍາລັບ ພາກພື້ນອາເມລິກາລາຕິນ, ເຊິ່ງມີບັນດາຫົວໜ້າເຈົ້າໜ້າທີ່ອາວຸໂສ, ປະທານຮ່ວມ ຂອງ ໜ່ວຍງານບູລິມະສິດ ຂອງ FEALAC,ອົງການ UN ESCAP, UN ECLACແລະ ກອງເລຂາ FEALAC (FEALAC Cyber Secretariat) ພ້ອມດ້ວຍຄະນະຜູ້ແທນຈາກບັນດາປະເທດສະມາຊິກ FEALACເຂົ້າຮ່ວມ.

ຢູນີເທວພູມໃຈທີ່ໄດ້ເປັນສ່ວນໜື່ງໃນການສະໜັບສະໜູນ ກອງປະຊຸມຄັ້ງນີ້

ສະໜັບສະໜູນລະບົບກອງປະຊຸມທາງໄກ(VC Cloud).

• ອິນເຕີເນັດເຊື່ອມຕໍ່ລະບົບພ້ອມດ້ວຍທິມງານທີ່ເຮັດໜ້າທີ່ຮັັບໃຊ້ຕະຫຼອດເວລາຈັດກອງປະຊຸມ.
• ລະບົບກອງປະຊຸມທາງໄກ(VC Cloud)ແມ່ນລະບົບໜື່ງ ນໍາໃຊ້ເຂົ້າໃນວຽກງານກອງປະຊຸມທາງໄກສະເພາະ ໃນສະພາບລະບາດຂອງພະຍາດໂຄວິດ 19, ເຊີງເປັນຜະລິດຕະພັນຂອງຢູນີເທວ ພັດທະນາ ຮັກສາໄດ້ຄວາມລັບ ຄວາມປອດໄພ ຕະຫຼອດໄລຍະການດໍາເນີນກອງປະຊຸມ, ໄດ້ເອົາລົງໄວ້ໃນສູນ Data Centerຂອງຢູນີເທວ, ສະດວກສະບາຍໃນການນໍາໃຊ້ ສາມາດຮອງຮັບກັບບັນດາອຸປະກອນຄື: Smart Fone, Tablet, PC, Smart TV,…ຊ່ວຍລຸດຜ່ອນເວລາ, ຕົ້ນທຶນແລະມີຄວາມປອດໄພສູງ.

ຫວັງຢ່າງຍີ່ງວ່າ ຢູນີເທວ ຈະໄດ້ສືບຕໍ່ສະໜັບສະໜູນ ກະຊວງການຕ່າງປະເທດ ໃນຄັ້ງຕໍ່ໄປ.

Sáng ngày 30/11/2021, tại trự sở Bộ Ngoại giao đã diễn ra hội nghị, CHDCND Lào, với tư cách là Quốc gia Điều phối Khu vực Đông Á, đăng cai tổ chức Hội nghị các quan chức cấp cao của Diễn đàn Đối thoại Đông Á và Mỹ Latinh hoặc FEALAC lần thứ 21 (The 21^st FEALAC Senior Officials’ Meeting)Với sự đồng chủ trì của Ngài King Phokeo Phommahaxay, Vụ trưởng Vụ Kinh tế, Bộ Ngoại giao CHDCND Lào, đồng thời là đại điện quan chức cao cấp FEALAC của  CHDCND Lào và Bà GISSELLE RODRÍGUEZ FLORIMÓN, Vụ trưởng Vụ Hợp tác Đa phương, Bộ Ngoại giao Cộng hòa Dominica, thay mặt cho các Quan chức cấp cao của FEALAC Cộng hòa Dominica, Đây cũng là đầu mối của khu vực Mỹ Latinh, bao gồm các nhà lãnh đạo cấp cao, đồng chủ tịch ưu tiên của FEALAC, cơ quan UN ESCAP, UN ECLAC và ban thư ký mạng FEALAC (FEALAC Cyber Secretariat), với các đại biểu từ các nước thành viên FEAL. Unitel rấttự hào vì là một phần đóng góp cho hội nghị này, đã tài trợ hệ thóng cầu truyền hình VC Cloud và Internet được kết nối với hệ thống cùng với đội ngũ chuyên giakỹ thuật trong suốt thời gian diễn ra hội nghị. Cài đặt tại Data Center của Unitel, thuận tiện trong việc vận hành khai thác sử dụng, hỗ trợ tốt các thiết bị như: Smart Fone, Tablet, PC, Smart TV,… tiết kiệm được thời gian và chi phí, đặc biệt bảo mật thông tin.

• Hệ thống Hội nghị (VC Cloud) là một hệ thống được sử dụng trong công việc hội nghị từ xa, đặc biệt trong bối cảnh tình hình Covid19, là một sản phẩm của Unitel được phát triển, bảo mật được thông tin trong suốt quá trình hội nghị.

The heads of senior officials, co-chairmanship of agency priorities of FEALAC, UN ESCAP, ECLAC and the secretariat of FEALAC with the delegation from FEALAC members countries attended.              Unitel is honored to be a sponsor of this conference, providing the VC Cloud videoconference system as well as Internet access and a team of technical professionals for the duration of the event.
